Ageing Well in Northumberland is hosting a number of Information and Involvement Forums through 2016 and into 2017. These are informal groups open to anyone enjoying later life, or caring for an older relative or friend in Northumberland.
Each session has a main topic for discussion, and you can also get updates about current local activities, have a say in health or social care issues and meet a range of professionals who can help you.
All sessions are dementia friendly and venues are wheelchair accessible.
