Computer help in Hexham at No 28

Building Confidence in Computer Basics

Free, one to one 45 minute sessions in computer basics are available for Hexham residents with Paul Adamson at Number 28.  Weekly sessions can be booked for Wednesday and Thursday afternoons.

Computers are provided, or you can bring and learn on your own laptop, tablet or iPad device. Computer help ranges from learning how to switch on and understand the keyboard, to sending and receiving emails, completing official documents, shopping online and learning how to use the NHS Choices Website

Paul says ‘the beauty of these sessions is that they are tailored to the learner’s needs and we look at what each learner wants to use their computer for before a training plan is agreed to ensure that goals are reached, building confidence during the process’

‘One of the methods of training we use is the “Learn my Way” toolkit which takes individuals through the process step-by-step and allows the learner to practise what they learn. This can all be done in the friendly, informal environment that No.28 offers’

The sessions are popular so BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL, contact Claire to book on 01434 605553
