Healthwatch Northumberland is the independent champion for people who use health and social care services. Their Conference/AGM this year will include workshops, films, activities and guest speakers on the areas of health and social care you told them were most important to you – mental health, GP services, access to services and dementia.
This is your chance to join in the community conversation, share your experiences of care services with those who provide them and find out what’s available locally.
The event is free and there’ll be an ‘information buffet’ for you to pick up some information on local health and support services, a free raffle plus lunch and refreshments will be provided.
Speakers and workshops will include social prescribing, loneliness, substance misuse, patient involvement and GP services, dementia, and there’ll even be some singing!
If you live or work in Northumberland we’d love to see you there.
